Classes

Boot Camp – 1 hour consisting of warm up with stretches followed with a short aerobic routine that consists of training stations focusing on arms, legs, abs, and cardio. 1 hour of fun with a variety of workouts that maintains a fast pace creating a quick sense of finishing a lot of repetitions.

Low Intensity Cardio - 1 hour consisting of low impact aerobics for a strong cardio-vascular system, balance training for fall prevention, light strength training for strong muscles & bone and flexibility training for ease of movement.

Yoga for Every Body - This is yoga that is demystified and culture-free - no chanting and no religious overtones.  All the pose names are in English, not Sanskrit.  You get the ancient wisdom brought into the 21st century Western culture, with an emphasis on safety.  This is a balanced, total mind-body workout where you’ll learn to make your own mind-body connection, in your own way and at your own pace.  Come and learn to slow life down and find your inner calm, while you increase your energy, strength and flexibility. You don’t need to be a yogi or able to twist your body like a pretzel. This is yoga for people of all ages and fitness levels who want to improve their health and wellness.

Pilates – A technique invented 70 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. According to The Pilates Studio, Pilates (pronounced puh-LAH-teez) focuses on improving flexibility and strength for the overall body, but doesn't build bulk. More than just exercise, Pilates are a series of controlled movements to engage one's body and mind.

Kickboxing – An athletic workout consisting of shadow boxing, heavy bag work, and strength and conditioning drills. This class focuses on using the upper body for a variety of punches and lower body for kicks.

Kids Yoga – This practice allows kids to use a lot of energy and have fun! Yoga can increase self-confidence, the ability to concentrate and to focus. Through yoga, kids learn how to relax and how to deal with stress, key to physical and mental health.
